ColorFlex Tomato Catsup
This video briefly demonstrates how easy it is to measure the color of tomato catsup using HunterLab's ColorFlex EZ Tomato. This instrument is embedded with all the commonly used tomato processing industry color scales - TPS (Tomato Paste Score), TSS (Tomato Sauce Score), TCP (Tomato Catsup Score) , TJP (Tomato Juice Score) and a/b. In addition, all the scales and indices included with a standard ColorFlex EZ are also included, making the ColorFlex EZ Tomato a very versatile color measurement spectrophotometer.
