ColorFlex Tomato Juice
This video briefly demonstrates how to measure the color of tomato juice, using a ColorFlex EZ Tomato. This instrument is embedded with all the commonly used tomato processing industry color scales - TPS (Tomato Paste Score), TSS (Tomato Sauce Score), TCP (Tomato Catsup Score) , TJP (Tomato Juice Score) and a/b. In addition, all the scales and indices included with a standard ColorFlex EZ are also included, making the ColorFlex EZ Tomato a very versatile color measurement spectrophotometer.
