How to Measure the Color of Plant Based Meats
This video provides a brief overview of the challenges of developing plant based meat alternatives, especially with regards to the importance of color and appearance in consumer product acceptance. The ColorFlex EZ is the preferred solution for use especially evaluating raw ingredients including grains and powders. The Aeros provides the largest surface area of measure, especially useful for measuring the color of final product.
